If you want to have a delicious and healthy snack on hand, these almond bars will be a great solution. Just four ingredients, minimal effort — and a healthy treat is ready. You can even make a double batch and store it in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Ingredients:
- Almonds — 50 g
- Raisins — 50 g
- Dried apricots — 50 g
- Coconut flakes — 15 g
You will need a blender or a coffee grinder for preparation.
How to Prepare:
- Rinse the almonds, dry them, and grind them in a blender.
- Soak the raisins and dried apricots in advance. Add them to the ground almonds along with the coconut flakes.
- Grind everything until you achieve a homogeneous mass.
- Place the mixture on parchment paper, cover it with a second sheet, and roll it out like dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut into strips — the bars are ready.
