Ingredients for Fritters:
- Turkey liver — 500 g
- Onion — 1 pc
- Dried garlic — to taste
- Egg — 1 pc
- Flour — 4 tbsp
- Salt and pepper — to taste
For Stewing:
- Onion — 2 pcs
- Carrot — 2 pcs
- Sour cream — 500 g
- Salt and pepper — to taste

Preparing the Liver: Blend the liver with the onion until smooth using a blender.
