Stuffed mushrooms are a foolproof snack option. You can fill the mushroom caps with anything: fried bacon, minced meat, blue cheese, bulgur, cottage cheese, or herbs. And the best part is that you can prepare them in advance and simply place them in the oven before serving.
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
-
fresh mushrooms - 12–14 pcs
-
onion - 30 g
-
hard cheese - 100 g
-
sour cream - 60 g
-
salt - to taste
-
black pepper - to taste

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms with the onion for 3–5 minutes until the onion becomes soft and translucent. Add the sour cream to the filling and simmer for another 3 minutes.
-
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Let the mushroom filling cool slightly, add the cheese to it, and then fill the caps with the mixture.
