Financial magnate Edward Lewis (Gere) and prostitute Vivian (Roberts) will return to the screen after 35 years. At the time of the original, Julia was 23, and Richard was 41. Contracts have not yet been signed, but the script is in progress: "If no issues arise, they are ready to shoot. 'Pretty Woman 2' will happen," the source told Mirror.
