The doctor advises using frozen peas instead of canned ones. She also recommends adding fresh cucumbers to the salad. Instead of the usual sausage, it is better to take any boiled meat. According to Kaloshina, it is advisable to replace potatoes with avocado.
The doctor suggested not to dress the Olivier with store-bought mayonnaise. It is better to prepare a tasty and light sauce yourself. For this, you will need low-fat yogurt, half a teaspoon of mustard, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and an egg yolk. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed and added to the salad.
