Weekends create a special atmosphere where light, details, and of course, tasty little things matter. A food blogger suggests making unusual sandwiches — simple, aesthetic, and filled with plenty of filling.

Ingredients

  • Baguette — 1 pc.
  • Lightly salted salmon — 100 g
  • Cream cheese — 100 g
  • Fresh cucumber — 1 pc.
  • Dill — 1 bunch
  • Red caviar — to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the baguette into portion-sized pieces.
  2. Make an indentation in each piece — a neat hollow for the filling.
  3. Spread the edges of the pieces with butter and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
  4. Cut the lightly salted salmon and cucumber, finely chop the dill.
  5. Mix everything with the cream cheese — it will create a tender aromatic mass.
  6. Generously fill the hollows of the baguette with the filling.
  7. Top with caviar and a small sprig of dill.

Tips

  • You can replace cream cheese with herbed cream cheese or add a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Beautiful presentation is important: even a regular baguette can become the star of the table.
