Weekends create a special atmosphere where light, details, and of course, tasty little things matter. A food blogger suggests making unusual sandwiches — simple, aesthetic, and filled with plenty of filling.
Ingredients
- Baguette — 1 pc.
- Lightly salted salmon — 100 g
- Cream cheese — 100 g
- Fresh cucumber — 1 pc.
- Dill — 1 bunch
- Red caviar — to taste
Preparation
- Cut the baguette into portion-sized pieces.
- Make an indentation in each piece — a neat hollow for the filling.
- Spread the edges of the pieces with butter and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
- Cut the lightly salted salmon and cucumber, finely chop the dill.
- Mix everything with the cream cheese — it will create a tender aromatic mass.
- Generously fill the hollows of the baguette with the filling.
- Top with caviar and a small sprig of dill.
Tips
- You can replace cream cheese with herbed cream cheese or add a few drops of lemon juice.
- Beautiful presentation is important: even a regular baguette can become the star of the table.
