- Grease the baking dish with oil. Lay half of the potatoes, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Then add some of the onion and fish. Repeat the layers, finishing with potatoes.
- Evenly pour the cream over the layers so that they are completely covered.
- Bake at 180°C for about an hour, until the potatoes are soft and the top is golden brown.
