Our body often signals hidden hormonal problems through fat distribution and body shape. Some body types are directly related to the functioning of certain glands and hormones. Look at yourself — and you will be able to understand what hormonal imbalance you are experiencing, as well as what measures can help normalize your body's condition.
When your glands are not functioning properly, it is very difficult to lose excess weight. To find out what hormonal disorder you have, just take a look at your body.
There are 4 main body types depending on hormonal disorders.
1. Adrenal Body Type
In the adrenal body type, broad shoulders and strong legs are characteristic, as well as a wide waist. Those with this body type find it difficult to lose weight in the abdominal area.
Causes and Features: Constant stress stimulates the hormone cortisol, which causes fat to accumulate around the abdomen. Stress leads to poor sleep, anxiety, cloudy thinking, poor memory, and excess weight. Attempts at rapid weight loss can increase stress and lead to weight gain.
Symptoms:

- Chronic fatigue
- Accumulation of excess weight around the waist

- Difficulty performing daily tasks
- Digestive problems

Nutrition and Exercise Recommendations:
