The psychologist clarified that the partner who has lost interest changes their behavior: they may stop trying to look good or, on the contrary, pay too much attention to their appearance. Gradually, the time partners spend together decreases, surprises, compliments, and small joys disappear from their lives. “Also, tactile sensations may vanish from the relationship. Touches, hugs — this is a very important parameter,” Reshetov noted.
To improve the relationship, the psychologist advised talking to the partner, listening carefully to their desires. He also urged couples to spend more time together, give compliments, and support each other. “In other words, it is necessary to recreate the romance in the relationship that was present at the very beginning,” he summarized.
