We barely enjoyed the light September outfits when real autumn arrived, and with it, the rainy season began. There's nothing left but to accept it, take your cotton trench to the dry cleaner, and hide it deep in the closet until spring arrives. And, of course, replace the thin raincoat with warmer outerwear.
If the weather has caught you off guard, don't worry! We'll tell you what to pay attention to while shopping to buy the perfect outerwear that will keep you cozy but not stuffy. This is reported by thevoicemag
Cropped Coat
A cropped coat is one of the main hits of the current season. And it's no wonder, as it looks great with casual clothing, for example, with high-waisted jeans that emphasize the waist.
Particularly cold-resistant fashionistas wear a trendy coat with a skirt featuring a lace hem. It's a great solution, but we still recommend complementing it with high boots.

Quilted Jacket
Is the fog outside and high humidity ruining your mood? Then your saving "pill" will be cozy outfits (it helps us!). A knitted sweater, joggers, and a soft quilted jacket on top – this combination is maximally comfortable.
Just keep in mind that a quilted jacket looks stylish if you choose a loose and slightly cropped model. And preferably, from a matte material – shiny fabric (like that of a puffer jacket) significantly cheapens the look.

Bomber
One of the most versatile options for outerwear in the fall is the bomber. It fits perfectly with casual wardrobes and easily integrates into basic outfits with trousers and a sweater. That's why we love it!
Plus, the bomber has the super ability to not get wet in the rain: all thanks to the fact that in most cases, the fabric contains nylon – a sufficiently dense synthetic fiber.

Leather Trench
Our remark that it's time to put the raincoat away until spring has one "but." It only concerns classic trench coats made of thin fabric, but it does not apply to outerwear made of leather. You can still wear it without the risk of catching a cold!
A leather trench looks especially beautiful with clothing and footwear of contrasting textures. For example, with a fluffy knitted suit and fur-lined loafers.

Vest
When you need to quickly get ready and leave the house for the nearest store or workout, a vest will come to the rescue. Yes, it's simple: throw it over a cozy hoodie – and you can rush about your business.

This season, brands delight us with a variety of vests. There are classic ones that resemble sleeveless puffer jackets, corduroy, wool, and knitted ones with warm lining. In general, you're sure to find the perfect option for yourself – we already have three vests and regret nothing!
