Comet 3I/ATLAS — which, according to some theories, is an alien spaceship — has changed color to gold under the influence of the Sun. This is reported by the British publication Daily Star.
It is emphasized that the unusual chemical composition of 3I/ATLAS led to the change in its color due to solar heat. Initially, it was a dull red.
Furthermore, the publication notes that the change in color as it approaches the Sun may signify "the end of its journey." Currently, the color has changed to gold — however, astronomers previously reported that the comet changed color from red to green.
