The decorated Norwegian skier Johannes Klæbo spoke about the possibility of breaking the record for the most gold medals at the Winter Olympics.
Currently, he has six victories. Meanwhile, skiers Bjørn Dæli and Marit Bjørgen, as well as biathlete Ole Einar Bjørndalen, have eight.
To become the world leader in this regard, Klæbo needs to secure three more victories at the 2026 Games.
"Four golds is very difficult. A lot needs to come together. We will certainly try, give it our all, and then count the medals when the Olympics are over," Klæbo said, as reported by NRK.
On February 8, Johannes Klæbo won the men's skiathlon.
