The world’s number one from Belarus and four-time Grand Slam champion Aryna Sabalenka evaluated her performance at the WTA Finals in Riyadh.
In the final, she lost to Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan with a score of 3-6, 6-7 (0-7).
— She played incredibly. I feel like I did everything I could. I didn’t succeed, however, I think there are many things I can be proud of. I leave this tournament without any disappointment. I’m leaving with pride in myself and what I have achieved.
I just need to work a little on myself, just a bit. I hope to perform better in the next season, — Sabalenka is quoted by TennisUpToDate.
