Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico wants to fly to Moscow on May 9 via Poland, reports PAP. He was previously denied by the Baltic states.
Poland received a request from Slovakia for permission for the flight of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to Moscow, reported the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maciej Wewiór.
As he noted, this request is currently under analysis.
As reported by bb.lv, on Sunday, April 19, Fico complained that Latvia and Lithuania would not allow his plane to pass through their airspace for a trip to the military parade in Moscow on May 9.
Last year, the Baltic states also did not allow Fico's plane to Moscow through their airspace.
