Alina Borisovna belonged to that rare, fading generation of intelligentsia for whom serving the Cause was not a profession but a high Christian and civic calling.
Her outstanding contribution to education was recognized at the highest state level: a Honored Teacher of the Republic of Latvia and a recipient of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, she remained true to the ideals of enlightenment throughout her life.
Possessing a rare gift of an innovator and creator, Alina Borisovna was at the forefront of advanced pedagogical methods. Her profound scientific and practical approach and dedication to her profession were acknowledged by the professional community, and for creating a unique classroom system, she was awarded a bronze medal at the VDNH of the USSR.
Under the auspices of the Lyceum, she managed to create an atmosphere of genuine brotherhood, honor, and fidelity to the ideals of beauty. Through her efforts and unwavering spirit, a unique educational space was erected, where each student not only gained deep knowledge but also grasped the foundations of morality.
In the memory of colleagues, graduates, and all those fortunate enough to have come into contact with Alina Borisovna, she will forever remain a standard of impeccable taste, pedagogical wisdom, and soulful generosity.

The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June 3, at 1:00 PM, in the Great Hall of the Crematorium, Varoņu 3a.
