Over the week, fuel prices in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius have generally decreased, according to a price comparison conducted by "Circle K" on Friday in the capitals of the Baltic states.
In Tallinn, the price of 95 octane gasoline decreased by 5.5 cents over the week, 98 octane plus gasoline by 7 cents, and diesel fuel by 13.5 cents. In Riga, gasoline was 4 cents cheaper than last Friday, while diesel fuel dropped by 5 cents. In Vilnius, gasoline prices remained at last Friday's level, while the price of diesel fuel decreased by 9 cents.
On Friday, in the Estonian capital, 95 octane gasoline cost €1.694, which is 12 cents cheaper than in Riga and 4.5 cents cheaper than in Vilnius. The price of 98 octane plus gasoline in Tallinn was €1.754 - 13 cents less than in Riga and 8.4 cents lower than in Vilnius.
The price of diesel fuel in Tallinn was €1.954, which is 14 cents less than in Riga and 12.5 cents cheaper than in Vilnius.
