On Friday, the air temperature in Latvia will warm up to +13..+17 degrees; however, along part of the coast, including the capital, the temperature will not exceed +9..+12 degrees, forecasters predict, according to LETA.
The sun will shine through the clouds, and in the southeastern regions of the country, there will be brief showers in places; precipitation is also expected in other areas of Latvia during the first half of the day.
A moderate northern wind will blow.
In Riga, the sun will shine at times, and rain is possible in the first half of the day. With a moderate sea breeze, the air temperature will rise to +12 degrees, and in the northern part of the city, it will reach +9 degrees.
To the east of Latvia, a cyclone remains, and weather conditions are increasingly determined by the area of high pressure. Atmospheric pressure at sea level will range from 1014 hPa in Latgale to 1020 hPa in Kurzeme.
