This week, the weather conditions in Latvia will not change significantly over the weekend; however, next week, the air temperature will occasionally exceed +15 degrees, according to current weather forecasts, writes LETA.
In the next two nights, the thermometer will drop to 0 to -6 degrees, the maximum air temperature on Thursday will not exceed +8 degrees, and on Friday, in some places, the air will warm up to +11 degrees. The cloud cover will mainly be slight, and no precipitation is expected. The wind will become weaker.
On Saturday and Sunday, the cloud cover will increase, and in many places — especially in the southeastern part of the country — brief precipitation is expected, with possible rain, wet snow, and small hail. With a moderate easterly wind, the air temperature will rise by a few degrees.
Next week, rain is possible at times, but on the sunniest days, the air temperature in many areas of the country will rise above +15 degrees.
