After another cool night, cloudy weather with occasional clearings is expected in Latvia on Easter Sunday. In the morning, light rain and wet snow are still expected in some northeastern areas, but then the precipitation will cease.
In the evening, a new precipitation zone will begin to cross Latvia from the west, bringing rain to most of the country.
The wind is forecasted to be south-western and western, ranging from moderate to moderately strong. In the morning and daytime, the wind will strengthen in coastal areas, with gusts reaching speeds of 15-18 meters per second.
During the day, the air temperature will warm up to +7…+12 degrees.
In the capital, it will be mostly sunny in the first half of the day, but in the evening, the sky will be covered with clouds and rain will begin.
A moderate south-western and western wind will blow, which will be gusty in the morning, reaching up to 15 meters per second.
The maximum air temperature in Riga will be approximately +10 degrees.
