The wind is forecasted to be from the west and southwest, ranging from moderate to moderately strong, with gusts up to 15–19 m/s along the coast. The minimum air temperature will range from 0 to +4 degrees.
In Riga, the night will begin with cloudy and rainy weather, but by the middle of the night, the precipitation will cease and the sky will clear up for a while. A moderate west and southwest wind will blow, which will strengthen in gusts up to 15 m/s in the morning. The air temperature will drop to +2…+4 degrees.
