In the Olaine region, damage to the power grid has been recorded, resulting in power supply disruptions for approximately 2700 customers of JSC "Sadales tīkls", according to information published by the company, writes LETA.
"Sadales tīkls" reports that the company is working to restore power supply as quickly as possible.
"Sadales tīkls" is a state-owned operator and developer of power grids in Latvia, part of the "Latvenergo" group.
As reported, according to preliminary data, last year the turnover of "Sadales tīkls" amounted to 382.239 million euros, which is 2.8% more than the previous year, and the company's profit increased by 24.8% to 35.27 million euros.
