In the video, one of the border posts, which usually displays the coat of arms of Latvia, is visible. In this case, it looks crumbled or simply torn off. "I was passing by, I couldn't help but stop... The coat of arms of the Republic of Latvia is torn off the border post..." — writes the author of the video.
In the comments, the user clarified that the post is located in Medumi, about 12 kilometers from Daugavpils. In this place, Latvia borders Lithuania.
