The air temperature on Sunday afternoon will be around -10 to -15 degrees, reported the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
It will be slightly warmer on the Kurzeme coast - from -8 to -10 degrees.
During the day, clouds will occasionally appear in the sky, but no precipitation is expected. A light to moderate eastern and southeast wind will blow.
In Riga, it will be sunny on Sunday, with air temperatures ranging from -12 to -13 degrees.
