The air temperature will range from 0 to +5 degrees, rising to +8 degrees in the evening in Kurzeme.
In Riga, the first working day of the week will be cloudy, with occasional light rain, and the wind will blow moderately from the south. The air temperature will rise to +3..+4 degrees.
An anticyclone is located over Russia, while a cyclone is over northwestern Europe.
