Throughout Latvia on Monday, air temperatures will rise above zero, and even warmer weather is expected on the coast, according to forecasts from the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre (LEGMC), as reported by LETA.
The day will be cloudy, with the sun peeking out in some places in Kurzeme. In certain areas, mainly in the east, rain is possible, and in some locations, foggy weather will persist.
A weak, moderate southern wind will blow along the coast, with air temperatures ranging from +1 to +5 degrees, while at the seaside, it will warm up to +6..+8 degrees.
In Riga, cloudy weather is expected, with light rain possible in the first half of the day. A weak southern wind will blow, and the air temperature will be +2..+3 degrees.
