On Sunday, precipitation is expected in places in the western and central regions of Latvia, predicts the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre (LEGMC), writes LETA.
On the night of Sunday, the cloud cover will be variable, and in the western and central regions, there will be precipitation in places — predominantly rain, with some areas also experiencing wet snow. More intense precipitation is expected in Kurzeme. Ice may form on some sections of the roads.
During the night, the wind will be weak, coming from the southwest and south, with gusts up to 15 meters per second along the sea coast and in the Vidzeme coastal area. The minimum air temperature in most areas will range from 0 to -5 degrees, but near the coast, it will mostly remain positive.
In Riga, the sky will be partly cloudy at night, and by morning, it may bring light rain and wet snow. With a weak to moderate southwest and south wind, the minimum air temperature will be around 0 degrees.

On Sunday, the air temperature will reach 0...+4 degrees, with some areas along the coast experiencing +5...+6 degrees.
