On the night of Saturday and in the morning, fog will intensify in some areas of Latvia, forecasters predict.
In the coming day, the sky will be overcast in parts of the country, with light drizzling rain expected in some areas. A weak southern and southwestern wind will blow.
The minimum air temperature at night and in the morning will be +2 to +6 degrees, and up to +8 degrees on the coast. Under clear skies, ice formation on roads is possible in some areas.
During the day, the air temperature will warm up to +5 to +9 degrees, and in Kurzeme, up to +9 to +11 degrees.
In Riga, no precipitation is expected on Saturday, and a weak southern wind will blow. The air temperature will drop to +4 to +5 degrees at night and rise to +8 degrees during the day.
