In the western part of the country, the wind will blow from the west and southwest. In the eastern part, it will gradually change direction to the same throughout the day.
It will be cloudy in the capital. Starting from the morning, Riga will be covered by a precipitation zone, and the rain will be heavy and prolonged, with the storm retreating only late in the evening.
In Riga, the morning wind will be weak, blowing from the east and southeast, and will change to the west and southwest in the first half of the day. The maximum air temperature will range from +10 to +12 degrees, predicts the Latvian Centre for Environment, Geology and Meteorology (LCEGM).
