The capital will also be under the influence of heavy rain. The air temperature at night and during the day will be +8...+12 degrees.
On Sunday and Monday, it will be cloudy, with occasional clearings. Rain is expected in many places. The wind will blow from weak to moderate from the south. The air temperature will range from +1 to +11 degrees.
In the coming days, there will be occasional rains, and the temperature will remain stable.
According to the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, November in Latvia is expected to be warmer than usual, with precipitation slightly above normal.
