In the second half of this week, predominantly cloudy and rainy weather will prevail in Latvia, meteorologists forecast.
On Thursday, the sky will be overcast, with occasional rain, and a light to moderate southeast wind will blow, while the air temperature will not exceed +6...+11 degrees. On Friday, the thermometer may rise to +14 degrees in some places, and the warmest night of the week will be Saturday night, when the temperature will not drop below +7...+11 degrees.
Heavy rains are possible over the weekend. Visibility may sometimes be reduced due to haze or fog. A light to moderate wind from varying directions will blow.
Starting Sunday, it will become a bit cooler. Rain is expected next week, with air temperatures ranging from +1 to +10 degrees.
