"Russia could attack even tonight... I can confidently say that we are ready to fight - we have studied and played out various scenarios in exercises...
It is clear that Russia will not attack tonight with two divisions, as they still need to be transported to the border. But Russia can attack in other ways - using manned or unmanned aircraft... It could carry out a cyber attack, an attack in the information space, acts of sabotage...
The form of the attack may vary, but we are preparing and constantly reviewing our plans," stated the head of the Latvian army.
