В такой спальне всегда будут отличные сны.

The only thing is, the workers said that the voltage in the apartment needs to be increased.

Prokhor Shalyapin organized a tour of the apartment that he recently completely renovated. The renovation and significant reconfiguration cost about 11 million rubles (120,000 EUR), but now the residence looks exactly as the owner wanted.

The artist has remained loyal to the Danilovsky district of Moscow for many years. Trendy residential complexes with closed courtyards and designer lobbies do not attract him. Instead, the performer bets on time-tested buildings. He currently owns four apartments.

During the filming, the singer showed the kitchen, which became one of the most expensive parts of the project. According to him, the work is not yet completely finished: "Everything has been done here, we just haven't had time to install the doors because they are being custom-made by our wonderful factory in Yaroslavl. I have great trust in Russian specialists. We have excellent craftsmen who are in no way inferior to all these 'Italians' and so on."

However, during the renovation, one unexpected nuance emerged that could now affect not only the apartment owner but also his neighbors.

"Everything is top-notch. The only thing is, the workers said that the voltage in the apartment needs to be increased. Because I refused gas and installed an electric stove. If I turn on all four burners, the whole house will be left without electricity," Shalyapin said.

The interior turned out to be bright and quite concise. No golden columns or crystal chandeliers. White walls, light furniture, and a minimum of unnecessary details. However, one unusual item still attracts attention. In the bedroom, next to the bed and massage chair, stands a real throne with a portrait of the owner himself.

The gift turned out to be quite original, which the artist happily shared during the tour.

"I was given this as a gift. You see, Prokhor Shalyapin surrounded by two authentically Russian ladies. The bed has quite a story... It's a fairly well-known brand. They assembled the bed but forgot about the lifting mechanism. Amazing!" the performer joked.

Despite his warm feelings for the apartment, he does not intend to live here. The singer has already purchased another, larger residence nearby.

"This kitchen has ruined me. It cost over a million rubles. I consider it a good economy class. I believe everything is worthy, not Italian, but very good. I actually bought and designed everything truly for myself. But it turned out that I bought a larger apartment for myself, not far from here, where I am moving. There is Stalinist Empire style," Prokhor shares.

And the current apartment will likely go to the artist's mother: "Of course, if it weren't for the square footage and the ceiling height, I would have stayed in this apartment. I feel very good here. And my closest person — my mother — is currently in Mytishchi, which is, of course, quite far away."

Shalyapin also revealed the story behind why he decided to acquire his own property in this building at all costs. The impetus was an unexpected remark from the concierge staff.

"The concierge said to me: 'Who do you even think you are? You don't even have your own apartment!' That struck me because I always felt at home here. Can you imagine, I lived here for 17 years! Yes, I rented an apartment; it wasn't mine on paper. But that cut me deep. And I had nothing to say. I was taken aback. I thought: 'So they conducted a whole investigation and figured out that the payment wasn't in my name.'"

After that conversation, the artist set a goal for himself that he was not going to back down from. In the end, the emotional impulse turned into quite an impressive result.
