She possesses the very 'slow-aging' morphotype that millions of women dream of.
Ekaterina Andreeva has been appearing on television news for decades, hardly changing, making millions of viewers wonder: is it a gift of nature or a skilled job by aesthetic medicine masters?
The phenomenon of the "ageless" TV diva Ekaterina Andreeva has long become a saying. While other stars of the stage and cinema engage in a desperate, sometimes caricatured struggle against wrinkles, the face of the country's main presenter remains impeccable. In the corridors of show business, whispers circulate about secret serums and even magic, but experts view the situation much more pragmatically. Renowned plastic surgeon Sofia Abdulaeva is convinced: Andreeva's secret is not one "magic pill," but a virtuoso combination of genetics and high technologies.
Genetic Jackpot: Slow Aging
Andreeva is fantastically lucky: according to the specialist, she possesses the very "slow-aging" morphotype that millions of women dream of. Such fortunate individuals maintain skin density for a long time, the contour of their face remains sharp, as in youth, and the age-related puffiness characteristic of many is almost absent. Genetics here plays the role of a reliable foundation: the quality of collagen and the type of aging are laid down even before birth.
However, Sofia Abdulaeva emphasizes: after the age of 45–50, just genetics is not enough. If the face of a public figure looks consistently fresh for decades — it is always the result of systematic care, not just "good sleep." An even skin tone, absence of sagging, and preservation of volume in the middle third of the face are rarely achieved solely through creams or yoga, which Andreeva herself loves to talk about.
Secret Weapon: Invisible SMAS Lifting
Modern age management is a war won by those who act proactively. The expert believes that Andreeva may be using a comprehensive anti-age strategy that includes hardware techniques. The focus here is on working with the SMAS layer (superficial muscular aponeurotic system of the face). This layer holds the "framework," preventing tissues from sagging down.
"Today, there are technologies for ultrasound SMAS lifting, radiofrequency exposure, and microneedling techniques. They allow maintaining tissues in ideal condition without the effect of a 'pulled face,' which we often see in victims of aggressive plastic surgery," notes the surgeon.
Patients of such a level as Ekaterina do not wait for the moment when radical surgery is required. They bet on regular, minimally invasive interventions that create the illusion of "natural youth."
Discipline Against the Scalpel
Interestingly, Andreeva's face shows no obvious signs of scalpel work. We see neither altered facial expressions, nor characteristic scars, nor the "mask" effect. This either indicates an extra-delicate approach by the doctors or that the TV presenter is truly fanatically devoted to her lifestyle.
Yoga, ice baths, strict stress control, and proper nutrition are not just words for interviews. Chronic stress literally eats away collagen, and Andreeva's discipline helps her maintain the quality of her tissues. Thus, her appearance is a long-term strategy where professional support from aesthetic medicine meets the iron will of the star herself. The main trend today is not to change the face beyond recognition, but to keep it fresh and recognizable. And the example of Ekaterina Andreeva proves that in this game, one can even defeat time itself.
She studied in the same school as her first husband, Andrey Nazarov. According to Andreeva, she married young and gave birth to her daughter Natalia at the age of 18. Natalia is a graduate of MGIMO. Her second husband, Dusko Perovic, is the head of the representation of the Republic of Srpska (the Republic of Srpska within Bosnia and Herzegovina), a former football player, lawyer, and businessman. He met Andreeva while working in Moscow at the representation of an American company. In 2011, Andreeva received honorary citizenship of Montenegro. In 2017, Andreeva and Perovic participated in the TV game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"
She loves sports, practices yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Besides sports, she enjoys traveling, literature, theater, classical music, opera, and playing chess. She smoked for a long time but then quit. She is a believer. She was baptized as an adult in the New Jerusalem Monastery. She helped restore a church in the Moscow region of Trubino.
In 2022, she supported Russia's attack on Ukraine. On July 8, 2022, for her support of the war against Ukraine, she was included in Canada's sanctions list of "Russian disinformation agents" for "facilitating and supporting the unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Russia into Ukraine." On October 19, 2022, she was included in Ukraine's sanctions list for "spreading narratives in line with Kremlin propaganda to justify Russia's actions," and also for "supporting the information policy covered on 'Channel One' regarding events in Ukraine, justifying the aggressive policy of the Putin regime." Previously, Andreeva, as a Russian propagandist, was included in the shortened TOP-200 list of corrupt officials and war inciters by FBK, with a proposal for international sanctions against her. Since June 16, 2025, she has been included in Latvia's list of undesirable persons with a ban on entry into the country for an indefinite period. On January 29, 2026, Andreeva was included in the European Union's sanctions list for participating in the dissemination of state propaganda and disinformation in support of Russia's war against Ukraine.
