Дело тут не в объеме, а в качестве принимаемой пищи.

The daily norm will depend on individual characteristics.

The term "superfood" can be interpreted as the best foods for maintaining energy. They include previously little-known grains, seaweeds, herbs, vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, and fruits in Europe. In the 21st century, superfoods gained worldwide attention and unprecedented popularity.

The term "superfood" refers to products with a unique composition. The concentration of vitamins, minerals, and biologically active substances in them is so high that even a small amount of the product can meet the daily requirement of the body for elements such as calcium or vitamin C. Superfoods also contain transport molecules: they deliver the necessary elements directly into the cells and ensure the absorption of vitamins.

Common grains and legumes can also be classified as superfoods: their various representatives are rich in a large number of beneficial substances. For example, grains contain fiber, magnesium, and rutin. Oats, for instance, contain soluble fiber and beta-glucans, which positively affect cholesterol levels. The daily norm of superfood will depend on individual characteristics: age, gender, weight, level of physical activity, and overall health status.

The Most Famous Superfoods:

  1. Chia Seeds (Salvia hispanica chia). Aztec chia seeds contain essential fatty acids, proteins, fiber, vitamins, and minerals necessary for the body.

  2. Goji Berries (Lucium barbarum). Tibetan goji berries surpass citrus fruits in vitamin C content. In Chinese and Tibetan medicine, due to their rejuvenating properties, goji has earned the title of "fountain of youth."

  3. Acai Berries are a staple in the diet of tribes living in the Amazon basin. All tribe members appear younger than their years. Acai contains essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants.

  4. Cocoa Beans. Raw cocoa beans contain 20 times more antioxidants than green tea. Additionally, they contain the amino acid tryptophan, which is responsible for the production of growth hormones and good mood.

  5. Maca is an aphrodisiac from Peru with strong tonic properties. The warlike Incas consumed it before battles. The powder from maca root helps restore hormonal balance and cures infertility.

  6. Spirulina (Spirulina Platensis) is a champion in protein content. It has been cultivated for centuries by indigenous peoples in Africa and Mexico.

  7. Wheatgrass is the juice or powder from young wheat shoots, which unlike whole grains does not contain gluten. Thanks to its powerful alkalizing properties, wheatgrass stimulates metabolism and cleanses the blood.

  8. Guarana. The exotic natural energy tonic made from guarana fruits contains twice as much caffeine as natural coffee. However, unlike coffee, guarana has a milder effect, not causing consequences such as fatigue and headaches.

  9. Hemp Seeds are a source of plant protein, amino acids, and antioxidants. They have a beneficial effect on the liver and digestive organs.

  10. Camu-camu is a South American berry consumed by women to look better.
