Oleg Zhirinovsky, the younger son of the founder of the LDPR, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, spoke about the "judicial lawlessness" that began after his father's death due to a house left as an inheritance.
According to Oleg, a house was mortgaged in his name since 2019. However, after Vladimir Zhirinovsky's death, another son of the politician, Igor Lebedev, who in 2021 took the name David Alexandrovich Garcia, began to claim rights to this house. Oleg stated that his brother is the only legal heir, having received all powers and the certificate of inheritance.
"From the first days after my father passed away, I have been threatened with this. A person says that he will deal with everything and all the courts. They will file, they won't file... If they file, he will supposedly take care of it," Oleg Zhirinovsky said.
Additionally, he expressed the opinion that his brother is "not interested in anything related to the memory of our father." "He is trying to sell everything. He has already changed his name and surname. Even his patronymic. If you are your father's son, then it's one thing to change your surname and name — but why change your patronymic?"
