American rapper Sean Combs, better known as P. Diddy, will be released from prison nearly a month and a half earlier than the scheduled date. According to Western media, his release date has been moved from June 4, 2028, to April 25 of the same year.
It is reported that the decision is related to the artist's participation in an official rehabilitation program for addiction. The musician's representative confirmed that Combs is undergoing the program voluntarily and is serious about personal recovery and self-improvement.
Recall that last year the rapper was sentenced to four years and two months in prison for human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution. The artist partially admitted guilt and expressed willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
According to sources, in the last months of his imprisonment, the musician has been spending time in isolation, focusing on psychotherapy, reading, and physical training. After his release, he plans to concentrate on charitable projects and music, although he has not made any official statements regarding this yet.
Earlier, the first photographs of Diddy from prison also appeared online. In the photos, the rapper is seen with gray hair and in prison attire. This is the first image of the artist since his arrest, as all court hearings were held behind closed doors and filming was prohibited.
