The basis of the singer's diet is vegetables.
The 50-year-old famous Ukrainian singer and producer Natalia Mogilevskaya, who amazed her fans by losing 25 kilograms, revealed the secrets of her diet.
"You often asked how I maintain such a shape, and I am sharing my secrets with you," the performer wrote on Instagram.
According to the singer, the main thing for her is two meals a day, a lot of vegetables in her diet, and a powerful morning detox.
Mogilevskaya shared that she starts her morning with warm water, a spoonful of cold-pressed oil (pumpkin or flaxseed), and milk thistle.
"The first meal is usually at 1:00 PM. Its basis is, of course, vegetables. I love: vegetable stew, green mixes (especially crispy iceberg), frozen vegetable mixes. My special favorite is raw grated beetroot with cashew mayonnaise. For satiety, I add buckwheat, sometimes red fish," the singer noted.
Let us remind you that recently Natalia Mogilevskaya admitted that she chose to lose weight through health improvement and body cleansing: "And even the exercises I did were just walks. I started dancing only at the last stage when I had already lost many kilograms."
