Knowledgeable people say that I have had 21 lives and the same number of incarnations, three of which were cosmic.
The 51-year-old singer opened the New Year with a concert in Dubai, and then flew to Bali for a vacation with her daughter Emilia. Lel, who received the title of Honored Artist this year, shared her plans for 2026 with the media and talked about how she keeps herself in good shape.
"Twice a year, I undergo an antibacterial detox program with herbs, which is prescribed by my endocrinologist. This method helps to get rid of unnecessary toxins and excess water. First, I have a blood test, then a qualified doctor reviews my results and prescribes an herbal antiparasitic program. Believe me, it works great," Katya Lel shared.
"I eat what the doctor says. I don’t starve. I just follow certain rules. Carbohydrates only in the first half of the day and just a little. Protein is a must. At night, under no circumstances should you eat fruits. Otherwise, I generally eat properly all the time, in small portions and balanced," Katya told KP.RU.
In addition, the singer leads an active lifestyle. Next year, Lel plans to climb Mount Kailash, which is called the sacred peak in Tibet.
"Kailash is a divine mountain in China. Nepal is nearby. It takes quite a long time to get there. We are gathering 6-7 friends who have been in this field for a long time — conscious people working on themselves in practices and high energies. And we want to take this sacred step together — to allow our souls to go through 12 karmic incarnations. Knowledgeable people say that I have had 21 lives and the same number of incarnations, three of which were cosmic. Therefore, I am connected to the theme of space and UFOs. I have their DNA within me," Lel shared.
