The wife is 8 years older than Andrea, but that doesn't matter.
45-year-old Williams became the wife of 37-year-old Italian actor, producer, and designer Andrea Preti, reports Voice. The wedding took place in Florida and was the culmination of a five-day luxurious celebration in Palm Beach. This is already the second ceremony for the couple: the first, intimate one, took place in September 2025 in Italy. However, as Venus herself explained, the marriage in the U.S. was necessary - processing documents in Italy could take up to eight months.
The American wedding was a true spectacle of love and style. Venus, known for her impeccable taste, wore a dozen outfits - from mini dresses to ball gowns with trains, all in classic white. The newlyweds exchanged vows in English and Italian, after which the party began, lasting until dawn.
Venus's sister also organized the feast and everything else. On board the yacht were a dozen of their closest people. "We sang, danced, gossiped - just enjoyed each other," Venus enthusiastically shared.
The romance began like a story from a movie. In September 2024, Venus was vacationing at Lake Como with her sisters and at the last minute decided to attend a fashion show in Milan. There, by pure chance, Andrea Preti was also present, although tired from work, he had not planned to participate in the event.
Their eyes met and a conversation began. A few days later, they met for breakfast in London, and Venus had a bright thought: "I just knew I would marry him."
The engagement was confirmed in July 2025, when it became known that Andrea had emotionally supported Venus and helped her return to competition after a 16-month break.

For the tennis player, who had long believed that family and children could interfere with her career, this became a turning point.
In 2017, Venus was involved in a fatal car accident in Florida: her SUV collided with a sedan at an intersection, resulting in the death of a passenger in the other car. Although the investigation established that a third vehicle was actually at fault, the family of the deceased filed a lawsuit against Williams. The case was closed after a settlement was paid.
At that time, in 2017, hackers published documents indicating that Venus and Serena received "therapeutic exemptions" for taking banned substances. This sparked a storm of doping allegations, although the sisters emphasized that all medications were prescribed by independent doctors.
In her personal life, Venus remained single for a long time. She dated golfer Hank Kuehne, model Elio Pis, and from 2017 to 2019 was in a relationship with financier Nicholas Hammond, who was 12 years younger. They broke up due to differing views on the future: Venus dreamed of a family, while he did not. Now, having married Andrea, she has finally found someone who values her not only as a champion but also as a woman.
