All court proceedings are finally concluded. Pavel Priluchny's representative stated that the actor has no claims against his ex-wife, emphasizing that it was in this way that Agatha Muцenieцe was able to hear her son's true wishes.
In July, it became known that Agatha Muцenieцe won a court case against her ex-husband Pavel Priluchny regarding the residence of their son Timofey. For more than six months, the boy lived with his father, while the ex-spouses went through a series of court hearings, mutually accusing each other of obstructing communication with the child.
As a result, according to the court's decision, Timofey returned to his mother. However, after that, Priluchny filed several more lawsuits, which sparked rumors about his intention to contest the decision again and regain custody of his son. The actor's lawyer explained that the filed complaints concerned only procedural violations and were unrelated to the children.
"Timofey lives with his mother and, importantly, currently wishes to live with her. Pavel fully supports his son's decision and, as a father, is genuinely happy that the child has finally been heard by his mother, albeit in such a radical way. Likewise, the fact that the mother was able to establish a relationship with her son, completely overcoming his grievances that caused such a strong desire to live with his father and limit communication with his mother. In this regard, I declare that the dispute regarding the determination of Timofey's residence is concluded and has been resolved in the most favorable way for all parties," the lawyer's statement said.
For Agatha Muцenieцe, the past year has been eventful. In addition to the legal battles with her ex-husband, the actress married musician Petr Drangu and recently became a mother for the third time.
