Kirkorov to be 'evicted' from private bank on the Moscow River

Kirkorov has been given six months to vacate a private bank on the Moscow River.

People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov has been given six months to vacate a private bank on the Moscow River, according to media reports.

Philip Kirkorov has been given six months to vacate a private bank on the Moscow River. According to a source, after an inspection, specialists from the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources concluded that the bank area owned by the singer since 2014, covering 4,200 square meters, is located in a coastal strip that should be publicly accessible. They issued a warning to the star and urged him to vacate the land within six months.

A hearing on the case to declare the sale of the relevant plot to the artist invalid will take place at the end of January 2026. After that, businessman Gleb Ryskov, who filed a lawsuit against Kirkorov, intends to obtain permission to use the land for a charitable project aimed at developing tourism. He plans to create a modern beach area for the capital's residents with canopies, food courts, and changing cabins.

Ryskov has been trying to reclaim the private bank on the Moscow River since 2023. Earlier reports indicated that the singer purchased this property with a 20-year mortgage and is still paying off the loan. During his ownership, a tennis court, swings, several houses, and a fence have appeared by the river.
