Bystanders in East London were left with strong impressions as Tom Hardy (‘The Revenant’, ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’) walked down the street in flip-flops, a t-shirt, and underwear.

Accompanied by a bodyguard, the 48-year-old actor was heading to the filming location for the second season of the series ‘Gangsterland’. This area of the city is one of the most criminal, so the location was chosen for a reason. Even decorations were not needed.

The series is directed by Guy Ritchie, with Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren playing the mafia bosses, so everything is serious. Hardy himself plays the role of a brutal fixer.
