After the divorce that ended a 13-year marriage, the former Minister of Economics and Finance spends her free time in the company of a handsome man, according to Gita Viksne's article "Enjoying happiness with a new friend," published in the magazine "Privātā Dzīve," writes nra.lv.
This autumn, the couple went on a joint trip to South America. When asked to share more, Reizniece replied: "I would gladly keep my personal life private."

As the magazine "Privātā Dzīve" found out, the man she was seen with is Oleg Pidhachny. He is 14 years younger than Dana's ex-husband, former director of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency Andris Ozols.

Dana and Andris's marriage, which lasted 13 years, was dissolved in November last year. "I was shocked by Dana's action — just to leave," Ozols commented on the sudden breakup earlier this year. The family raised four children.
Let us remind you that in 2021, Dana Reizniece left her ministerial position and became the executive director and vice-chairman of the board of the International Chess Federation.
