Her medical center is based on a state clinic.

Unlike the permanent host of the "Health" program, Yulia Belyanchikova, who for 20 years embodied the image of a selflessly devoted doctor without monetary interests, her replacement Elena Malysheva (64) well understood the economic power of the magic of a name that resonates from the screens of central TV.

Quite soon, she and her husband, along with their two sons, established a multibillion-dollar business in Russia based on providing medical services and health protection. For example, the total revenue of the TV doctor's enterprises for 2024 (Malysheva is still a co-owner of six legal entities) amounted to significantly more than half a billion rubles. This does not include income from her television activities, which she conducts, among other things, through her individual entrepreneurship.

It is worth noting that last year was by no means the most successful in terms of profit — judging by financial reporting data, the Malysheva family may be preparing to wind down their Russian business.

Signs of this have been observed since 2023 — that year, the TV presenter sold her stake in LLC "Diet Spring" — a company that sold ready-made meal kits for proper nutrition and weight correction. Another company associated with LLC "Diet Spring" — LLC "Eat Healthy" — which provided remote sales of meal kits, is currently in the process of liquidation.

Also, in December 2023, Elena Malysheva exited as a founder of the charitable foundation supporting achievements in medicine "Calling." She is now only the head of the organization. Other firms affiliated with the TV doctor's family have consistently been losing profits in recent years.

To this day, the main asset generating the family's primary income is the Medical Center of Elena Malysheva, established on the basis of one of the ordinary state clinics in Moscow. For 2024, it earned 450 million rubles. It has five founders, and Malysheva owns 35% of it.

The Malysheva family has good assets in the USA. There may even be more than was mentioned in the sensational material about the Malyshevs' palace published in 2023.

At that time, it was about a mansion in New Jersey located at 34 Timberline Dr, Alpine, NJ 07620. It is situated 24 kilometers north of Midtown Manhattan on the Hudson River. The area is called Alpine — it got its name due to its resemblance to the Swiss Alps. In the 2000s, it was the second most expensive postal code in the USA.

The palace covers more than a thousand square meters, featuring 21 rooms, including six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The mansion was purchased by the couple in 2016 for $6.4 million. Interestingly, after information about the family's residence appeared in the media, images of the exterior and interiors of the house from American resources were removed, and the street view on Google Maps was blurred. Today, the only image available to internet users is a satellite view.

And this is not the only property of Elena Malysheva in the USA. According to American real estate records, a house is registered in the name of her husband and son — Igor Malyshev and Yuri Malyshev — located 14 kilometers south at 1145 Buckingham Rd, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. The house covers almost 800 square meters, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The price is $2.6 million. The annual property tax in 2024 amounted to over $40,000. Malysheva's husband has been associated with it since 2009, and since 2013, it has been linked to their son Yuri.

Additionally, the Malyshevs owned two apartments on Manhattan in the same building. One — covering 115 square meters — was purchased for just over $2 million. It was rented out for $7,500 per month.

The owners have attempted three times to get rid of the property by listing it for sale. The last time was from July of this year until now. Interested buyers can acquire it significantly cheaper than the family of the TV doctor purchased it for — only $1.7 million. For this price, the buyer will receive panoramic glazing, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 24-hour doorman in the building, and an elevator directly to the apartment.

The second, larger apartment is almost 200 square meters. This is a two-story penthouse not only with an elevator to the apartment but also with its own inter-floor elevator, a fireplace, and a large terrace overlooking the Empire State Building and the Hudson. According to American real estate records, the property was purchased in 2014 for $2.2 million and was later listed for almost four million, but also unsuccessfully. It is possible that it is currently occupied by Malysheva's younger son Vasily.
