"Nadya, you are ruining me, but you are also saving me."
The civil marriage of Nadezhda Babkina and her civil husband Evgeny Gor has long been the subject of gossip – mainly due to the 30-year age difference between the spouses. However, 75-year-old Nadezhda Georgievna believes that she looks younger than her 45-year-old partner. The singer shared this in an interview with Vyacheslav Manucharov.
"Yes, he already looks older than me. He is already an old man for me. All gray-haired," Babkina stated.
The artist does not hide that she and Evgeny have a guest marriage. Each of them lives in their own apartment. The singer also noted that Gor is constantly busy with business and often absent for work. "But I like it. He comes, washes the dishes. You understand?" says Nadezhda Georgievna.
Nadezhda Babkina and Evgeny Gor met at a competition where the singer was a member of the jury. Since then, rumors and the media have separated them more than once, but the artist assures that she and Evgeny are still together.
"He hasn’t gone anywhere, believe it or not, we are still next to each other and together. He just has his own business, he is very busy. But in fact, we have been together for 23 years. And nothing prevents us from doing our own things and then seeing each other," Babkina said this spring.
About the star's civil husband, it has been written more than once that he is a gold digger. Nadezhda Georgievna has defended Evgeny Gor in all interviews, stating that he is a self-sufficient and successful person. According to the singer, Gor earns a decent living – he writes music and lyrics, so he does not need her money at all.
Evgeny has proposed to Babkina more than once, but she did not want to bind herself with the ties of official marriage.
"You know, he once told me: 'Nadya, you are ruining me, but you are also saving me.' What am I doing to him, you ask? How should I know? But he says: 'I have never met a more complicated person in my life.' Nevertheless, we have been together for 23 years," the singer once shared.
