A resident of India named Payal Shinde lost 10 kilograms in three months for the sake of her mental health. She revealed her weight loss secrets to The Times of India.

The 31-year-old housewife decided to lose weight because she didn’t like how she felt. When her weight reached 82 kilograms, she gave up sugar and fatty foods and began to follow a healthy diet. Shinde started cooking salads and soups at home more often and drinking warm water with lemon before workouts.

In addition, the woman adopted the habit of walking eight to nine kilometers every day. Shinde admitted that it was not easy for her to achieve her goal. To avoid giving up, she reminded herself of what she was striving for. The woman emphasized that it is important to focus on progress in weight loss and to celebrate every small victory.

According to Shinde, the most important aspects of weight loss are discipline, balance, and self-love. "Taking care of your body is not a punishment; it is a form of self-respect," she noted. The woman continues to maintain healthy habits and explains this by her desire not just to look fit but to feel alive.
