Urologist: men should regularly engage in physical activity.
Doctor Stanislav Volkov revealed the main principles of men's longevity. The primary rule for men's health care, according to the urologist, is physical activity. The physician claims that the male body requires constant exertion, so physical and sexual activity should be regular.
In the doctor's opinion, it is also important for men's health to have a full and varied diet. He specified that a proper diet should not have a preference for one product. "Meat, fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy products: the more diverse the palette, the better," the doctor stated.
Another important point that Volkov emphasizes is regular preventive check-ups. He advised that after the age of 40, men should have regular check-ups with a doctor, and after 45, they should annually take a test for prostate-specific antigen (PSA), which will help detect potential problems with the prostate in a timely manner.
