The star will always develop vigorous activity.
Recently she turned 50, and she is still full of ideas and, most importantly, the energy to implement them. Many are curious how Kandelaki manages to have the strength to live outside the office and filming locations with such an active life. Meanwhile, Tina has been living in such a frantic mode since her youth. Many recognized her thanks to the programs "Details" and "The Smartest" on CTC, but even before that, she worked at the "Meorearhi" channel. Then Kandelaki joined "M-Radio," later worked at "RDV" and "Radio Roks."
Over the years, Kandelaki's wild energy has not diminished. In fact, it seems that the TV star has only gained more of it. In 2022, she took the position of general director of the TNT channel. Given that before that Tina worked as the general producer of "Match TV," and then oversaw the entertainment channels TNT, TV-3, and "Friday!", no one doubted that the star would develop a vigorous activity in her new role.
With such a hectic schedule, Kandelaki had to develop a certain daily routine. "In the work schedule of any person, the main thing is to try to go to bed on time," says Tina. By 10:00 PM, the celebrity is consistently in bed. She gets up no later than 07:00. Additionally, Kandelaki always carries containers with food, not hesitating to have lunch right during meetings. After 3–4 PM, the TV diva does not eat at all. By the way, her selectivity in food and regular sports help Tina maintain a great figure. Strict boundaries for her are not a challenge, but a norm.
"Everyone thinks that I have laid out (the food containers – ed.), but I am actually sitting in a restaurant. And I really don’t remember the last time I was in a restaurant, and I am not downplaying this. I very clearly value my time and understand that I can only be in a certain number of places. Then where I am will yield the maximum result that I want. You must have precisely defined what you want to do; these goals cannot be 10, at most 3–4, and some of these goals will always suffer — for me, the goal of rest always suffers. The goal of discipline — no, but the goal of rest — yes," Kandelaki admitted in an interview.
In March 2022, Latvia banned Kandelaki from entering due to her support for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. In June 2022, along with her children Melania and Leontiy Kondrakhins, she was included in the U.S. sanctions list as a person associated with Vasily Brovko, who was himself included in the U.S. sanctions list against the "Putin's military machine."
In October 2022, she was included in the Canadian sanctions list of Russian disinformation agents for her involvement "in spreading Russian disinformation and propaganda" and "supporting the unjustified invasion of Russia and attempts to annex Ukrainian territories."
On October 19, 2022, she was included in Ukraine's sanctions lists against individuals "who publicly call for aggressive war, justify and recognize as legitimate the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territory."
Previously, Kandelaki, as a propagandist and "publicist of Ramzan Kadyrov," was included by FBK in the shortened Top-200 list of corrupt officials and war inciters, with a proposal for international sanctions against her. The NGO notes that Kandelaki "is involved in a corruption scheme managed by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. She receives state funds from the budget of Moscow for PR support of Sergey Sobyanin and the ruling political regime under the guise of providing services to the city of Moscow through the RTVI channel." In October 2022, the International Working Group on Sanctions of Yermak-McFaul included Kandelaki in the list of propagandists and ideologists of war who "create false narratives in line with the Kremlin's policy," with a proposal for sanctions against her.
On February 24, 2024, Kandelaki was included in the sanctions list of Australia. In December 2024, she was included in the sanctions list of the European Union for spreading propaganda and justifying Russia's attack on Ukraine; the European Union also noted that "Kandelaki's media structures participated in replacing Ukrainian TV channels with Russian ones in the occupied territories."
