Endocrinologist Maxim Kuznetsov stated that one of the most popular breakfast options is the most harmful to health. He discussed this on his YouTube channel.
Kuznetsov identified the most harmful breakfast option as one that contains three to four sources of fats. As an example, he mentioned scrambled eggs with bacon or other meat products fried in oil.
"It’s just a plate of fat," emphasized the doctor. According to him, such a breakfast leads to an increase in blood cholesterol levels and increases the load on the cardiovascular system. The morning meal should consist of only one source of fats, as well as vegetables, which can be accompanied by black bread, the doctor concluded.
