News has emerged about the sale of a residence attributed to Zhirinovsky. The daughter of the late politician shared what is really happening.

Even during Vladimir Wolfovich's lifetime, there were rumors that he owned a property that is now a yellow-orange complex covering more than five thousand square meters in Kuzminki. This residence has now appeared on a real estate website, and it is being sold for 800 million rubles (over 8 million euros).

"According to legend, this was Vladimir Wolfovich's personal residence, where journalists and curious neighbors were not allowed during the politician's lifetime. Locals say that the mansion was guarded around the clock, onlookers were driven away through loudspeakers, and the lawns were leveled almost with a ruler," the source reports.

Inside the complex, one can see an interior straight out of the 90s, characterized by inflatable sofas and massive furniture. Outside, there is a forest of blue spruces and a parking lot, which, as specified, accommodates 50 cars. The territory of the residence, of course, is covered with cameras.

Naturally, the news about the attempt to sell Zhirinovsky's residence quickly spread in the media. Meanwhile, the original source indicates that, according to documents, the building belonged not to Vladimir Wolfovich, but to the Gorky state farm. Allegedly, it is owned by the wife of Sergey Abeltsev, who was the right-hand man of the late LDPR leader. By the way, Abeltsev was arrested in 2024 for large-scale fraud.

To clarify the situation, another publication contacted Zhirinovsky's daughter. Anastasia indeed agreed to comment on the loud news about the residence attributed to her father being put up for sale:

"I do not understand what Vladimir Zhirinovsky has to do with this, even if in the news from this extremely dubious source... The owners of the property for sale are different entities. And the fact that one of them is a close associate of the allegedly 'right hand' of the late Zhirinovsky does not make the latter the owner of the residence. My father did not own the mansion mentioned in this article during his lifetime.

This fact has been repeatedly confirmed by the politician's income and property declarations. <...> Finally, during his lifetime, Zhirinovsky had no relation to this property in Kuzminki in the context of residing in it or otherwise using it. Since the 90s, the founder of the LDPR lived in one of the districts of the Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow, from where he left for his last earthly resting place in the Central Clinical Hospital."
